10.Death`s Mystery Solved! Who Are The Spirits of Spiritism?

Since the inevitable destiny of every person is death, men and women all over the world are interested in the subject of life beyond the grave. Is there life after death? Are some voices that interrupt death`s silence dangerous? Who are the spirits of spiritualism? Is it possible for dead to communicate with the living?
Jesus said, "Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth." John 17:17. And again, "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." John 8:32. The Bible is the unfailing guidebook for the truth about the mystery of death and who is the mastermind behind spiritualism. What does the Bible reveal about life and death?

1. The origin of life.
"The Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being." Genesis 2:7. Note that some Bible translation say "a living soul." Human beings are body and breath of life. A living being or living soul exists only as body and breath of life are in union. God did not give a living soul. God gave the breath of life and man became a living being, a living soul.

2. What happens at death?
"Then the dust will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit [the breath of life given by God] will return to God who gave it." Ecclesiastes 12:7. "For as the body without the spirit (the breath of life) is dead..." James 2:26. "As long as my breath is in me, and the breath (spirit) of God in my nostrils..." Job 27:3. God takes back at death only what he gave to make us live. Death is the opposite of creation.

3. What is it like in death?
"The dead know nothing... for the memory of them is forgotten. Also their love, their hatred, and their envy have now perished... Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are doing. Ecclessiastes 9:5,6,10. "The dead do not praise the Lord..." Psalm 115:17. "So man lies down and does not rise. Till the heavens are no more, they wil not awake nor be roused from their sleep." Job 14:12. The Bible likens death to a peaceful sleep uninterrupted till Jesus returns.

4.Who are the spirits who claim the dead can communicate with the living?
(a) God said if "you eat of it you shall surely die." Genesis 2:17.
(b) Satan said, "You will not surely die." Genesis 3:4.
(c) Satan is the father of lies and he lied about death.
(d) Satan and his evil angels can masquerade and appear in the likeness of a dead loved one. "For they are the spirits of demons, performing sings..." Revelation 16:14.

5. Death is not the end.
"For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven... and the dead in Christ will rise... then we who are alive... shall be caught up together with... Then we who are alive... shall be caught up together with them... to meet the Lord..." 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17.

The Bible`s entire focus is on the glorious event of Jesus` Second Coming. And whether we live or die, we will participate in that event if we have followed Jesus all the way. Let nothing hold you back from full surrender.
